In a world without volunteers, some homebound seniors would have no one to bring meals and groceries to their homes or to help make their homes safer. Without volunteers, some children would not have mentors, coaches, or tutors. Volunteers have the power to make life better.
Volunteers of America, Metro Denver has many volunteer opportunities for both individuals and groups, in any one of our thirty human service programs!
Potential volunteer opportunies include working with:
- The active and homebound elderly
- Children in the Headstart preschool program
- Homeless men and women
- Women and their children escaping domestic violence
- Families in crisis
- At-risk teenagers
