| Scope: | The Project Manager has the responsibility for the overall operation of the Transformational Housing Initiative in cooperation with the program’s Neighborhood Advisory Council; and in compliance with Volunteers of America and Mile High United Way guidelines. These include case-management, program development, volunteer management, data collection and fiscal management, fundraising and grant writing, and developing and maintaining professional liaison relationships within the community and with agencies. |

| Scope: | The Youth Services Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Bannock Youth Center and overseeing the youth resource and development component at Bannock Youth Center. In addition, the Youth Services Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing a variety of youth projects and activities for the youth in the various Volunteers of America transitional services programs in addition to maintaining and overseeing the Youth Leadership Team. |

Bilingual in Spanish helpful. |
| Scope: | The Case Manager of the Transitional Living Program will be responsible for assessing the needs of each youth in conjunction with the Transitional Living Team. Will be responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the transitional plans; conducting individual and group counseling; conducting the Life Skills Competency Workshops; supervising the day to day program needs of the youth. Will report directly to the Project Manager. |
