Job Title:	Residential Coordinator - Brandon Center - Residential, Youth & Emergency Services
Requirements	Associates Degree in a related area or the equivalent. One year direct human service experience. Good organizational and planning skills; works well as part of a team.
Scope:	The Residential Coordinator provides for the protection of the physical and emotional well-being of the residents in conjunction with the counseling staff. Also responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operation of the shelter.
Salary:	$10.94/hour; $ .50 differential for overnights
Shift:	Fri, Sat 11pm-7am; Sun, Mon, Tues 12mid-8am

Job Title:	Lead Leasing Agent-The Summit Apartments (Colorado Springs)-Affordable Housing Division
Requirements	Associates degree in related area or equivalent experience. General administrative experience with proficiency in computer operations. Must be able to communicate effectively and maintain good relations with residents. Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws. One year marketing experience required.
Scope:	Responsible for the showing and leasing of apartments, and gathering and preparing the information regarding prospective resident applications. Responsible for training other leasing agents ensuring that the leasing operations run smoothly. Responsible for marketing the property.

Job Title:	Project Manager, Transformational Housing Initiative - Volunteer Services Division
Requirements	Bachelor’s degree in a related area or the equivalent. Two years supervisory and administrative experience. Two years direct experience in program design, implementation, monitoring and reporting skills. Demonstrated communication skills, both oral and written. Good organizational skills. Own transportation, valid Colorado drivers license, proof of insurance.
Scope:	The Project Manager has the responsibility for the overall operation of the Transformational Housing Initiative in cooperation with the program’s Neighborhood Advisory Council; and in compliance with Volunteers of America and Mile High United Way guidelines. These include case-management, program development, volunteer management, data collection and fiscal management, fundraising and grant writing, and developing and maintaining professional liaison relationships within the community and with agencies.
Salary:	$31,366 annually ($15.08 per hour)

Job Title:	Youth Services Coordinator - Transitional Services Programs - RYES Services Division
Requirements	Bachelor’s degree in a human service related area. 2 years direct experience with related population. Strong organizational and communication skills. At least one year supervisory experience with volunteers or paid staff preferred. Understanding of the youth development model preferred. Bilingual in Spanish helpful.
Scope:	The Youth Services Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Bannock Youth Center and overseeing the youth resource and development component at Bannock Youth Center. In addition, the Youth Services Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing a variety of youth projects and activities for the youth in the various Volunteers of America transitional services programs in addition to maintaining and overseeing the Youth Leadership Team.
Salary:	$12.57 per hour

Job Title:	Building Maintenance Technician II - Montbello Manor and Westgate Apartments - Affordable Housing Division
Requirements	At least three years direct experience in building maintenance or relevant experience and trade school certificate in related field. Basic knowledge of all power tools and their uses. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Valid Colorado Driver’s license, insurance verification and good driving record preferred. CFC certification desired.
Scope:	The Building Maintenance Technician II is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all VOA facilities; ensures buildings, equipment and grounds are safe, and in good repair at all times; may be required to supervise volunteers; monitors the facilities to ensure they meet all safety and health requirements.
Salary:	$13.34 per hour if live off-site If live on-site, $8.61 per hour and a 2-bedroom apartment/utilities

Job Title:	Case Manager - Transitional Services Programs - RYES Services Division
Requirements	Bachelor’s degree in a human service related area. Experience with homeless and/or youth populations and group facilitation and /or teaching. Individuals with experience in the following areas will be given preference - Case Management, awareness of Denver Metro area human service resources and good organizational skills. Bilingual in Spanish helpful.
Scope:	The Case Manager of the Transitional Living Program will be responsible for assessing the needs of each youth in conjunction with the Transitional Living Team. Will be responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the transitional plans; conducting individual and group counseling; conducting the Life Skills Competency Workshops; supervising the day to day program needs of the youth. Will report directly to the Project Manager.
Salary:	$12.57 per hour

Scope:	The Cook assists the Lead Cook in preparing hot food items as specified in approved menus, in accordance with Volunteers of America standards and procedures, and portions those foods to serve the number of meals ordered.

Job Title:	Housekeeper - Family Motel - Residential, Youth and Emergency Services Division
Requirements	Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. Must be able to climb stairs, bend and stoop. Previous housekeeping experience required.
Scope:	Responsible for ensuring cleanliness of vacated motel rooms. Cleans rooms still occupied when requested by manager. Ensures general cleanliness of grounds and common areas. Provides guest rooms with linens and disposable. Completes house laundry tasks. Other custodial duties may be required as necessary.
