Requirements: |
One year related motel or receptionist

Responsibilities: |
Responsible for monitoring activities of motel
during shifts worked. Ensures safety and well-being of guests; performs
intake duties as required. Records motel activities, completes reports and
other documentation. Some custodial duties may be required as necessary.

Job Title: |
Building Maintenance Technician II - Sunset Park - Affordable Housing
Division |

Requirements: |
At least three years direct experience in
building maintenance or relevant experience and trade school certificate in
related field. Basic knowledge of all power tools and their uses. Ability to
lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Valid Colorado Driver’s license, insurance
verification and good driving record preferred. CFC certification desired.

Responsibilities: |
The Building Maintenance Technician II is
responsible for the maintenance and repair of all VOA facilities; ensures
buildings, equipment and grounds are safe, and in good repair at all times;
may be required to supervise volunteers; monitors the facilities to ensure
they meet all safety and health requirements. |

Salary: |
$13.34 per hour |

Will be part of on call rotation for after hours and weekends |

pounds. Experience in a large volume food service operation helpful. |

Responsibilities: |
The Food Service Utility Worker of Food Services
for the Nutrition Services Division cleans pots and pans, utensils, cooking
and delivery equipment, and storage shelves for the Central Kitchen. Ensures
compliance with sanitation guidelines and Division procedures in the
cleaning and storage of pots and pans, utensils, and cooking/delivery
equipment. |

Requirements: |
Bachelor’s degree in a related area of the
equivalent relevant experience. Two years supervisory and administrative
experience. Two years direct experience in program design, implementation,
monitoring and reporting skills. Demonstrated communication skills, both
oral and written. Good organizational skills. Knowledge of computer
environment including word processing, spreadsheets, databases. Own
transportation, valid Colorado driver’s license, proof of insurance. |

Responsibilities: |
The Project Manager has the responsibility for
the overall development and operation of the Foster Grandparent Program in
cooperation with the program’s Advisory Council; and in compliance with
Volunteers of America and The Corporation guidelines. These include program
development, personnel management, data collection and fiscal management,
fundraising and grant writing, developing and maintaining professional
liaison relationships within the community and with agencies. |

$31,366 annually ($15.08 per hour) |
