VOA - Volunteer Information

There are many volunteer opportunities within Volunteers of America Colorado Branch for both individuals and groups, in any one of our thirty human service programs within the Denver Metro area.

We are taking applications for on-going volunteer projects which include, but are not limited to, working with the following populations:

The active and homebound elderly Men and women afflicted by AIDS Homeless men and women Battered women and their children Families in crisis At-risk teenagers
Volunteers of America also has projects for groups of volunteers from church, business, and civic organizations. Group projects include, but are not limited to:
Hosting canned food drives for low-income families and older adults Delivering Meals on Wheels to homebound seniors Preparing and serving meals to homeless women who are staying at our Theodora House Shelter Adopting and decorating a room at Brandon, a shelter for battered women and their children
To start volunteering with our agency: You will need to click on the VOLUNTEER FORM button and submit the form to receive a complete Volunteer Application packet by Mail.
