Colorado Rapid Rehousing for Re-Entry
About the Program:
Colorado Rapid Rehousing for Re-Entry (COR3) is a rapid-rehousing program operating on Colorado’s Front Range to provide housing related services for people who are justice-involved, had behavioral and/or mental health concerns, and who are experiencing homelessness or are incarcerated with no housing plan upon release. COR3 is funded by the Department of Local Affairs through the Division of Housing and partners closely with Colorado Department of Corrections. Program participants work one-on-one with a case manager to identify permanent housing and address any other participant identified goals including connection to physical and mental health care, employment, public benefit acquisition, and family reunification.
