VOA Colorado Holds MLK Day Dinner and Celebration

Denver – Volunteers of America Colorado will welcome media coverage on Monday, Jan. 16 as hundreds take part in the annual Martin Luther King Jr Day Dinner and Celebration. The event will be held at Sunset Park - an affordable housing complex managed by VOAC - and will be open to residents as well as anyone in need of a hot meal.

Music and entertainment will be provided by Denver jazz great Freddy Rodriguez Jr. Additionally, representatives from Arc Thrift Stores will be on hand to distribute coats, gloves, and hats. Niagara Bottling will provide hygiene kits.
