Camp POSTCARD

Camp P.O.S.T.C.A.R.D. (Peace Officers Striving To Create and Reinforce Dreams)

Camp POSTCARD is a free week-long summer camp designed to benefit 5th and 6th graders from the Denver/Aurora metro area who demonstrate leadership skills and might not otherwise be able to afford such an experience. For many of our youth, this represents their first camp experience. This popular and successful Volunteers of America program has proven to be an important opportunity to build strong, positive adult/youth relationships and valuable life skills that serve the campers, their families, and their communities.

Our camp establishes trusted bonds between youth and their lead counselors, who are law enforcement officers and emergency personnel from the Denver metro area. (But shh! That part is a surprise for campers!) The experience provides a safe environment that stresses appropriate role models, ideas, and values. For more information on the purpose and philosophy of Camp POSTCARD, check out this video.

2025 Camp Info will be coming soon!
